1. Kas mes esame

EventCast (— „mes") yra restoranų veiklos valdymo platforma, pasiekiama adresu eventcast.ai. Klausimais dėl duomenų apsaugos kreipkitės el. paštu laurynas@eventcast.ai.

2. Kokius duomenis tvarkome

• Paskyros duomenys — vardas, el. paštas, telefono numeris, prisijungimo įrašai.
• Restorano veiklos duomenys — duomenys, kuriuos į sistemą įveda mūsų klientai (restoranai): darbuotojų kontaktai ir darbo grafikai, sandėlio likučiai, tiekėjų sąskaitos, dokumentai, atlyginimų skaičiavimo duomenys. Šių duomenų valdytojas yra restoranas; EventCast veikia kaip duomenų tvarkytojas.
• Techniniai duomenys — įrenginio/naršyklės informacija, IP adresas, klaidų žurnalai, naudojimosi statistika — naudojami paslaugos saugumui ir stabilumui.

3. Kam naudojame duomenis

• Paslaugai teikti ir palaikyti (sutarties vykdymas).
• Saugumui, klaidų šalinimui, piktnaudžiavimo prevencijai (teisėtas interesas).
• Sąskaitoms išrašyti ir apskaitai (teisinė prievolė).
• Pranešimams apie paslaugą siųsti (sutarties vykdymas).

Duomenų neparduodame ir nenaudojame trečiųjų šalių reklamai.

4. Google naudotojo duomenys (Google Drive)

Jei restoranas savo noru prijungia „Google Drive" aplanką sąskaitų importui, EventCast su drive.readonly leidimu tik perskaito failus iš restorano nurodyto aplanko, kad automatiškai importuotų tiekėjų sąskaitas. Mes: (a) nenaudojame šių duomenų reklamai; (b) neperduodame jų tretiesiems asmenims, išskyrus šioje politikoje nurodytus paslaugų teikėjus, būtinus funkcijai veikti; (c) žmonės failų neskaito, išskyrus atvejus, kai to aiškiai paprašo klientas, to reikia saugumui arba to reikalauja teisė. Prijungimą galima bet kada atšaukti EventCast nustatymuose arba per Google paskyros leidimus.

EventCast naudojimasis iš Google API gauta informacija ir jos perdavimas atitinka Google API Services User Data Policy, įskaitant „Limited Use" reikalavimus. / EventCast's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Paslaugų teikėjai (duomenų tvarkytojai)

Paslaugai teikti pasitelkiame šiuos teikėjus, kurie duomenis tvarko tik pagal mūsų nurodymus: Supabase (duomenų bazė, autentifikacija, failų saugykla), Vercel (talpinimas), Stripe (mokėjimai), Resend (el. laiškai), Anthropic ir OpenAI (automatinis dokumentų nuskaitymas — OCR), Sentry (klaidų stebėjimas), Dropbox ir Google (debesų importas, kai klientas jį prijungia). Kai duomenys perduodami už ES/EEE ribų, taikomos ES standartinės sutarčių sąlygos (SCC).

6. Saugojimo terminai

Duomenis saugome tol, kol paskyra aktyvi arba kiek reikia paslaugai teikti. Nutraukus sutartį, kliento duomenys ištrinami arba nuasmeninami per protingą terminą, išskyrus duomenis, kuriuos saugoti įpareigoja teisė (pvz., apskaitos dokumentai). Techniniai žurnalai saugomi iki 18 mėn.

7. Jūsų teisės

Pagal BDAR turite teisę susipažinti su savo duomenimis, juos ištaisyti, ištrinti, apriboti tvarkymą, gauti duomenis perkeliamu formatu ir nesutikti su tvarkymu teisėto intereso pagrindu. Kreipkitės laurynas@eventcast.ai — atsakysime per 30 dienų. Taip pat turite teisę pateikti skundą Valstybinei duomenų apsaugos inspekcijai (vdai.lrv.lt).

8. Saugumas

Naudojame šifruotą ryšį (TLS), prieigos kontrolę pagal roles, duomenų izoliaciją tarp klientų, reguliarias atsargines kopijas ir saugumo stebėseną. Prieiga prie duomenų suteikiama tik tiems darbuotojams, kuriems ji būtina.

9. Vaikai

Paslauga skirta verslui ir nėra skirta jaunesniems nei 16 metų asmenims.

Apie esminius šios politikos pakeitimus informuosime paslaugoje arba el. paštu. Aktuali versija visada skelbiama šiame puslapyje.

Privacy Policy (English)

1. Who we are

EventCast ("we") is a restaurant operations platform available at eventcast.ai. For any privacy matter contact laurynas@eventcast.ai.

2. Data we process

• Account data — name, email, phone number, sign-in records.
• Restaurant operations data — data our customers (restaurants) enter into the system: employee contacts and schedules, inventory, supplier invoices, documents, payroll inputs. The restaurant is the data controller; EventCast acts as a data processor.
• Technical data — device/browser information, IP address, error logs and usage statistics, used for security and reliability.

3. How we use data

• To provide and maintain the service (performance of contract).
• For security, debugging and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
• For invoicing and accounting (legal obligation).
• To send service notifications (performance of contract).

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Google user data (Google Drive)

If a restaurant voluntarily connects a Google Drive folder for invoice import, EventCast uses the drive.readonly permission only to read files from the folder designated by the restaurant in order to automatically import supplier invoices. We: (a) do not use this data for advertising; (b) do not transfer it to third parties except the service providers listed in this policy that are necessary for the feature to work; (c) do not allow humans to read the files unless the customer explicitly requests it, it is necessary for security, or required by law. The connection can be revoked at any time in EventCast settings or via Google account permissions.

EventCast's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Service providers (sub-processors)

We rely on the following providers, which process data only on our instructions: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic and OpenAI (automated document extraction — OCR), Sentry (error monitoring), Dropbox and Google (cloud import, when connected by the customer). Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) apply.

6. Retention

We keep data while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. After termination, customer data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, except where law requires retention (e.g. accounting records). Technical logs are kept up to 18 months.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact laurynas@eventcast.ai — we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

8. Security

We use encrypted transport (TLS), role-based access control, per-customer data isolation, regular backups and security monitoring. Access to data is limited to personnel who need it.

9. Children

The service is built for businesses and not directed at persons under 16.

10. Changes

We will announce material changes in the product or by email. The current version is always published on this page.
